1. No Return or Exchange Policy
All purchases made on our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including size issues or change of mind.
- Please ensure that you refer to the size chart available on each product page before ordering.
- If you’re unsure about sizing, fabric, or styling, don’t hesitate to contact our support team before placing your order — we’ll be happy to help!
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible for such claims:
🔴 A 360° parcel opening video is mandatory
- The video must start before opening the parcel, clearly showing all sides of the package.
- It must be unedited, continuous, and clearly capture the issue.
- Videos that are cut, paused, or started after opening will not be accepted.
Without a valid video, we regret that we cannot process your claim.
3. Unsealed or Tampered Parcels
Your safety and satisfaction are important to us.
- If the parcel appears open, tampered, torn, or damaged, do not accept the delivery.
- Kindly record a video on the spot and refuse to accept the parcel.
- Notify our support team immediately with video evidence.
This will help us take appropriate action with the delivery partner and process your concern faster.
4. How to Raise a Claim
If your order qualifies based on the above criteria:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Share your 360-degree unboxing video, along with:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if necessary)
- Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement based on availability and the nature of the issue.
Refunds will be processed via NEFT/Bank Transfer and may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account after approval.
